Joan Beck

Joan has a distinguished career in investment banking. He was Deputy Chairman of CSFB Ltd from 1984 to 1995, prior to which he ran the new issues business at Merrill Lynch Europe and Morgan Stanley International. Subsequently he was vice chairman of HSBC Investment Bank until 1999 and Director General at Cazenove & Co. Suisse S.A. from 2000 to 2001.

Joan is currently Non-Executive Chairman of the European Securities Forum. He has had a keen interest in start-ups throughout his career and served on a number of boards including Self Trade S.A and DealLogic Ltd. His unparalleled network gives Dawn ECF access to excellent potential investments.
